A Kentucky federal district court granted summary judgment to Link-Belt Cranes, LLC on the claims of a 57-year-old production supervisor that he faced discrimination and was constructively discharged due to his age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and state law, ruling that the supervisor couldn’t show that he suffered an adverse employment action, nor could he show that the company’s actions towards him were calculated to make him quit.
