Penn Credit Corp. isn’t entitled to dismissal of a 75-year-old remote medical biller’s age discrimination claims under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, a federal district court ruled, where she plausibly alleged that she was terminated due to her age after having internet connectivity issues during training, she was replaced by a younger employee, and a 30-year-old trainee who experienced the same issues during training wasn’t terminated.
