A federal district court partially denied Ford Motor Company’s motion to dismiss a 60-year old employee’s Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Michigan state law claims alleging a hostile work environment after she resisted pressure to retire, where she sufficiently pled that her bonuses abruptly decreased, long-term salaried employees often faced coercion to retire, younger, similarly-situated employees were treated differently, her manager humiliated her, and her reputation was damaged.
