A Texas federal district court denied Bazaarvoice’s motion to dismiss the claims of an employee with disabilities that she was refused an accommodation for those disabilities and retaliated against for requesting accommodations, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that there was no evidence to suggest that the employee knew of her right to sue prior to receiving an email on the date she indicated, making her claim filing timely under the statute.
