Sufficient factual evidence supported a Texas trial court’s findings that Macy’s Retail Holdings, Inc. retaliated against a discharged part-time asset protection detective for participating in a disability discrimination case filed by another employee, a Texas appellate court ruled. Before the detective started to help his coworker, he had an excellent performance record and didn’t experience difficulties with his managers, the court noted.
