An Ohio federal district court granted summary judgment to Jackson Township on the claims of a labor specialist that his statutory rights were interfered with and he was discharged in retaliation for exercising his rights, in violation of the Family and Medical Leave Act and state law, ruling that the specialist couldn’t show that his termination was pretext for FMLA discrimination and that he didn’t present sufficient evidence to sustain his state law claims.
