The Appeals Court of Massachusetts affirmed a superior court’s summary judgment grant to Brigham and Women’s Hospital on the state law disability discrimination and hostile work environment claims of an anesthesiologist with irritable bowel syndrome whose appointment wasn’t renewed, where any claims which occurred more than three years before the date he filed were properly time-barred, and his learning that coworkers privately mocked him can’t support his hostile work environment claim.
