Coliseum Medical Center, Inc. is entitled to summary judgment on a nurse’s Americans with Disabilities Act claims alleging discrimination and retaliation for failure to accommodate her ADHD and PTSD, and terminating her in retaliation for her accommodation request, where she was offered a quieter workspace (which she rejected), and she didn’t prove discriminatory intent or a causal connection between her request and her termination for alleged time theft, a federal court ruled.
