Western Tidewater Community Services Board is entitled to summary judgment on the claims of a discharged QMHP certified employee on the program development team suffering from with ADHD and anxiety who alleged disability discrimination and retaliation under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal district court in Virginia ruled. He was terminated after not showing up to work for six months either virtually or in person and failing to submit medical documentation to or communicate with his employer.
