A Pennsylvania federal district court denied summary judgment to SEPTA on the claims of a director that she faced retaliation in the workplace for opposing the discriminatory treatment of an employee with disabilities, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law, ruling that there was sufficient evidence of a causal link between the director’s protected activities and the consistent antagonism she faced in the workplace, including being passed over for a promotion.
