A District of Columbia federal court granted summary judgment to the district government on the claims of a public health analyst with chronic physical injuries that he faced discrimination and retaliation due to his disabilities and related EEO complaints, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that the government had given him a reasonable accommodation for his disabilities, and that he couldn’t show that he suffered an adverse employment action related to his complaints.
