A Colorado federal district court denied Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc.'s partial motion to dismiss the claims of a diabetic warehouse associate that he was retaliatorily discharged for requesting an accommodation for his condition, in violation of state law, ruling that there was sufficient evidence in the pleadings that the associate did request specific accommodations for his diabetes and that there was a causal connection between this request and his discharge.
