The Veterans Administration and its Acting Secretary are entitled to summary judgment on the Rehabilitation Act claims of an “administrative officer on duty” for a VA hospital, diagnosed with circadian rhythm sleep disorder, a federal district court in Virginia ruled. The employee sued them for disability discrimination, failure to accommodate, a hostile environment and retaliation after she was denied her requested accommodation of a specific consistent shift assignment.
