A Louisiana federal district court granted summary judgment to the Village of Delta on Americans with Disabilities Act and Fair Labor Standards Act claims by a law enforcement officer with PTSD who was terminated, ruling that the ADA didn’t apply because the Village didn’t employ 15 or more employees, and the FLSA didn’t apply because it employed fewer than 5 law enforcement employees.
