A Missouri federal district court granted summary judgment to Kraft Heinz Foods Company on a pro se operations technician’s disability discrimination claim under the Missouri Human Rights Act, finding that the technician failed to establish he was disabled due to his heart condition and sacroiliac joint issues, as he could not demonstrate these conditions substantially limited a major life activity, his physicians stated he was not disabled, and he never sought accommodations for an ailment that substantially limited a major life activity.
