A Utah federal district court granted summary judgment to United Parcel Service, Inc. on the claims of a driver who had a seizure that he was discriminated against due to his perceived disability by being removed from his driver duties, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that the driver wasn’t a qualified individual under the statute because there was no accommodation that could be made that would allow him to legally perform his duties as a driver.
