Xerox Corporation is entitled to summary judgment on a pregnant account operations manager’s claims of sex and disability discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act when she was terminated, due to an already established reduction in force plan, the day after requesting short-term disability leave because of pregnancy complications, an Indiana federal court ruled.
