A Michigan federal district court granted summary judgment to Trinity Health Grand Rapids on the claims of an anesthesiologist with a possible mental health condition that he was discharged for refusing to submit to a mental health exam, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law, ruling that the mental health exam request was reasonable under the circumstances, and that there was no proof that Trinity Health acted in a manner that could be seen as retaliatory.
