A District of Columbia federal district court granted summary judgment to the Secretary of the Army on a disability discrimination claim by a project director with arthritis who alleged that the Army refused to return her to her old position after the expiration of her term appointment, finding that she didn’t provide sufficient evidence from which a reasonable jury could conclude that the decision not to retain her was a pretext for discrimination.
