An Ohio federal court granted summary judgment to Mid-America Conversion Services, LLC on failure to accommodate claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law of a technician who alleged that Mid-America didn’t accommodate his spinal cord stimulator, finding that radiation work was essential to his job, medical restrictions were placed on his radiation exposure, and they couldn’t find a reasonable accommodation because the limitations of his disability were unclear.
