A federal district court granted Akima Global Services LLC’s motion for summary judgment on claims of discrimination and failure to accommodate under the Florida Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the ADA Amendments Act, and the Rehabilitation Act, of a terminated detention officer who alleged she was denied a reasonable accommodation and extended leave related to her back pain.
