An Illinois federal district court denied summary judgment to Sunrise ABA on the claims of a recruiting director with autism that she faced discrimination and was refused reasonable accommodations for her disability, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that there was sufficient evidence that the director was a qualified individual and clearly requested accommodations, and that there was evidence of her being both demoted due to her autism and constructively discharged.
