An Illinois federal court granted summary judgment to the Village of Lakemoor on the Americans with Disabilities Act failure to accommodate claim of a former police officer who alleged that the Village refused to accommodate her acute stress reaction diagnosis by placing her on permanent light duty, finding that she wasn’t a qualified individual as her doctor said she couldn’t perform her duties even with an accommodation and permanent light duty wasn’t a reasonable accommodation.
