The village of Bolingbrook is entitled to summary judgment on a facilities coordinator’s failure to accommodate and disparate treatment claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a federal district court in Illinois ruled. He asserted he was disabled due to hip pain, diabetes mellitus, cirrhosis and kidney failure while he worked for the village, and he claimed that his employer terminated him because of his disabilities.
