A Pennsylvania federal district court found genuine issues of material fact regarding Amazon’s accommodation efforts and a former employee diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome’s ability to be reasonably accommodated under the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law, after Amazon wouldn’t grant the employee a 30-minute shift adjustment to commute with a coworker, even though the company claimed it offered him department transfers, a modified shift, and a leave of absence.
