A Pennsylvania federal district court largely denied summary judgment to Boscov’s Department Store on claims of a department manager injured in a workplace accident alleging failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Pennsylvania state law, stating that a material dispute of fact exists over whether the employee was qualified to perform the essential functions of her job with a reasonable accommodation for her disability.
