A Florida federal court upheld a jury verdict against The Princess Martha, LLC and related entities on a job applicant with PTSD’s claim of failure to accommodate her disability in the application process, after the EEOC filed an Americans with Disabilities Act action, finding sufficient evidence supports her account and the jury’s award, but the court reduced damages to $50,000.00 to comply with statutory caps, and ordered the companies to offer ADA training and policies.
