The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit affirmed summary judgment to Zoltek Corporation on Americans with Disabilities Act failure to accommodate and retaliation claims and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act sex discrimination claims by a female production operator with sciatica who was terminated after being unable to stand for 12-hour shifts, finding that she couldn’t perform essential job functions even with reasonable accommodation and therefore wasn’t qualified.
