A federal district court ruled that the University of Washington Medical Center is entitled to summary judgment on disparate treatment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and state law of a registered nurse who alleged that she received a low performance rating due to her disability and was denied accommodations and leave, finding that she didn’t suffer any adverse employment actions.
