An Illinois federal district court denied summary judgment to the Chicago Transit Authority on the claims of a bus operator with shoulder injuries and PTSD that she faced disparate treatment and was refused a reasonable accommodation for her disabilities, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that there was sufficient evidence that the bus operator’s discharge was due to her disabilities, and that CTA refused to grant a reasonable accommodation suggested by her.
