A Kentucky federal court granted summary judgment to Marshall County Fiscal Court on the claims of a 911 director with hearing loss that he faced a hostile work environment due to his disability and was retaliatorily discharged after he complained, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and state law, where he couldn’t show that he faced disability discrimination, nor that the county’s assertion that he voluntarily quit his job was pretextual.
