A federal district court granted Halstead Property Development Marketing LLC summary judgment on a terminated sales coordinator and administrative assistant’s claims of disability discrimination and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The employee, who was diagnosed with an adjustment disorder, failed to provide evidence that her mental impairment limited any substantial life activity or that Halstead perceived her as having more than just a minor impairment, the court said.
