An Illinois federal district court denied Early Childcare’s motion to dismiss the claims of a child care center director with cardiac issues that she faced discrimination due to her disability, was refused a reasonable accommodation, and retaliatorily discharged, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, ruling that the director sufficiently pled that her discharge was due to her disability, that it occurred shortly after she requested accommodation, and that her request was refused.
