A Pennsylvania federal court granted summary judgment to Autozone, Inc. on the Americans with Disabilities Act and state law claims of a sales manager with a heart condition that he was discharged due to his disability and because he applied for disability benefits, ruling that the manager wasn’t a qualified person under the ADA, and that the reasons for the discharge were related to not providing medical documentation or coming back to work after the expiration of his leave time.
