A federal court denied in part and granted in part, Temple University Hospital’s motion for summary judgment regarding claims of discrimination, retaliation, and failure to accommodate under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act made by a certified registered nurse anesthetist with multiple disabilities who alleged that he was discriminated against after returning from FMLA leave and later discharged.
