A Minnesota federal district court denied Bosch Auto Service Solutions Inc.’s motion for summary judgment on a product manager’s claims for failure to accommodate, disability discrimination, and retaliation in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Minnesota Human Rights Act alleging that his visa sponsorship wasn’t renewed and he was terminated after requesting accommodations to help manage symptoms related to his epilepsy, narcolepsy, and hypersomnia.
