A Maryland federal district court granted summary judgment to Wayfair, LLC on a disability discrimination claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act by a warehouse associate who alleged that he was terminated due to his concussion, finding that no reasonable jury could conclude that he suffered from a disability or that he was qualified for his job, and that his repeated violation of Wayfair’s attendance policy was a legitimate, nondiscriminatory reason for terminating him.
