A federal district court granted in part a motion for attorney’s fees and costs to a plaintiff who prevailed in his lawsuit against Chevron USA under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act because his job offer at an oil refinery was rescinded when a medical assessment revealed he had a heart condition, and the court awarded him an adjusted lodestar in the amount of $1,517,468.18 and costs of $155,277.39, for a total amount of $1,672,745.57.
