The Supreme Court of Maryland affirmed the circuit court for Baltimore City’s order compelling arbitration of claims brought by a radiologist with lumbar spine pain affecting his gait against three doctor-employees of LifeBridge Health, Inc. under state law for disability discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other claims, finding that although the doctors weren’t signatories to the employment agreement, they could enforce its arbitration clause as agents of the employer and based on allegations of substantially interdependent and concerted misconduct.
