An Ohio federal district court granted summary judgment to Holzer Health Systems on a nurse practitioner’s claims that that she was terminated due to her chronic migraines and her exhaustion of Family and Medical Leave Act leave, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the FMLA and Ohio law, where her requested accommodation of six more months of medical leave wasn’t reasonable given that her return-to-work date was uncertain and she hadn’t shown leave would remedy her migraines.
