CarGroup Holdings LLC, which does business as www.WeBuyAnyCar.com, will pay $8.5 million to end a class action alleging it failed to pay employees overtime wages.
Judge Michael M. Baylson preliminarily approved the settlement agreement in an order filed Wednesday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
