Diva Limousine Ltd. can drop its proposed class claims alleging Uber Inc.‘s labor practices stifle competition, ruled a California federal judge who previously said the limo’s company claim could proceed.

Diva, a Los Angeles-based car service, alleged that Uber’s misclassification of its drivers as independent contractors unfairly impacts competition in the state.
