Cantor Fitzgerald, Ex-VP Agree to End Job Discrimination Lawsuit

Cantor Fitzgerald Securities Corp. and a former vice president who said she was fired for rejecting her boss’s sexual advances agreed to end her job discrimination lawsuit, federal court records in New York show.

Monique Maiurano and the company filed a joint stipulation with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York Tuesday.

All claims in the case are dismissed with prejudice, the stipulation said.

It’s unclear whether the dismissal is further to a settlement agreement and neither Cantor’s nor Maiurano’s attorneys immediately responded to Bloomberg Law’s requests for details.
