Campaign Manager, Ex-CEO Advance Dueling Lawsuits Over Breakup

Advocacy Holdings Inc. and its former CEO can each pursue some of the more than three dozen claims in their dueling suits over the end of their business relationship, a federal court ruled.

The campaign management company, which does business as OneClickPolitics, advanced most of its claims, including ones for trade secret misappropriation and trademark infringement, the US District Court for the District of Columbia said. Ex-CEO Chazz Clevinger can move forward with assault, fraud, and unjust enrichment claims, the Wednesday opinion said.
