CamelBak Products LLC removed from state to federal court a lawsuit alleging it didn’t pay overtime or provide employees with rest and meal breaks required by California law.
California requires overtime for an employee who works more than eight hours in one day, as well as 10-minute rest breaks and 30-minute meal breaks after a few hours of work. These rules go beyond what other states and federal law require.
