California lawmakers are poised to ban employers from using nondisclosure agreements and mandatory arbitration clauses with employees in their response to the #MeToo movement.
Lawmakers sent two bills to the desk of Gov. Jerry Brown (D) and could send him at least six more aimed at workplace sexual harassment and discrimination before the session ends Aug. 31.
