The hourly minimum wage in Palo Alto, California, will increase to $17.30 from $16.45 effective Jan. 1, 2023, according to a Sept. 28 update on the city’s minimum wage webpage.
Palo Alto updated its minimum wage poster to reflect the minimum wage increase. The poster is available in English and Spanish.
Palto Alto’s minimum wage applies to employees working at least two hours in the city per week, under the city’s minimum wage code.
