CACI International Inc. beat a wrongful termination claim by a former worker who alleged he was fired for raising concerns about a manager’s wasting of resources, with a ruling by a federal court in Washington.
Jerry Owens worked for the defense contractor and anonymously complained in April 2018 about system administrator Paul Gilmore’s modification of a travel waiver that allowed him to fly commercial instead of using military transportation, the court said.
