C.H. Robinson Account Managers Overtime Class Certified

Global transportation company C.H. Robinson Worldwide must face a newly-certified class of more than 90 Illinois-based employees who say they’re owed overtime pay, a federal court ruled.

Common evidence about the account managers’ primary work duties and salaries can prove the overtime claims on a classwide basis, Judge Ronald A. Guzmán of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois said Tuesday.
