A transportation company operating in California violated federal labor law when it withheld dues from its workers union and shuttered operations without bargaining, the National Labor Relations Board ruled.
The board’s three-member panel unanimously found in a decision published Thursdaythat NTI-CA, Inc. failed to give dues and information to an International Brotherhood of Teamsters local for nine months in 2021 and 2022.
